We work from Katie’s home, a 3 bedroom house on Dacre Park right between Blackheath Station and Manor House Garden. We have a large playroom with a huge collection of toys and activities to encourage and support the children’s development. Our equipment, toys and books are rotated weekly to allow the children to enjoy new challenges every day. Upstairs the children have their own sleep room lovingly created to be a cosy safe space while they rest. Outside our moderately sized garden allows the children to enjoy an outdoor space where we enjoy a nice free flow environment but we still like to visit the local parks and playgrounds regularly.

The children will have use of the following rooms:

  • Play Room – Filled with toys, books, mark making tools and other exciting things.

  • Toilet - We encourage self care at SnuggleBugs so the children can independently use the toilet to wash, brush teeth and take care of their personal needs.

  • Sleep Room – Children will have use of this space if they need a nap or some quiet time to read, complete homework or rest

  • Kitchen – Ordinarily the kitchen is out of bounds unless accompanied by an adult if a child is helping with the meal preparation.

  • Garden – The children will have lots of time to play outside in the garden filled with plenty of outdoor play equipment and lots of flowers and trees for everyone to enjoy. We like to practise free flow play so the children can have access to the garden when ever they wish although activities, toys and garden equipment is managed dependent on the season.
